Caption Data attends the BDMA conference 2015

BDMA Conference 2015

Caption Data returned to the BDMA Conference and Exhibition in Stratford upon Avon, UK, to present the latest in Remote Monitoring solutions for the Damage Restoration industry.

Key messages for the industry were about how using Remote Monitoring, and the RDL//1000 system operators can:

  • Reduce mileage, fuel, operator hours and general hassle
  • Shorten drying cycle times
  • Reduce their operating costs
  • Increase their profits
  • Improve Customer satisfaction

As well as showing hardware and measuring systems, the BDMA conference was also an opportunity to talk to clients about the value from Training programmes CDL runs for technicians; the dashboards visualisation and KPI systems that CDL creates for clients to help them manage their businesses, and the M2M control systems CDL supplies to manage assets in the field.

Of course it was also an opportunity to renew old connections and make new ones in an industry that CDL have been intimitely and actively involved in for over a decade.  During this time we have facilitated the Remote Monitoring at BDMA Master Classes, won a BDMA award for product innovation in damage restoration for the CDL HygroBug, and done business with literally dozens of BDMA members.

The last time the BDMA exhibition was held (2 years ago), Caption Data were delighted to receive the innovation award for the HygroBug moisture content sensor. This HygroBug enables consistent and reliable moisture content readings to be taken in conjunction with hand held meters and of course our remote monitoring systems.
